The Rock Church held it's first worship service on March 8, 1981 in the Teen Town House Community Center in Seagoville, Texas.

 

When the six acres where the church wanted to build became available, It was an answer to prayer.  The owner of the property had previously been reluctant to sell the land and even told us to look for another place.

 

But we believed God wanted us there, so the church leaders and congregation claimed the property for the church and prayed.  The owner called two weeks later and offered to sell six acres to the church.

 

The first service in the new church was in 1986.

 

The entire debt was paid in 1996 and construction of an additional facility for classrooms and a gymnasium was started.

 

By 1998, The Rock Church was completely debt free.

All the Glory is God's alone.
